Yes, this was the last full posting. My question is why can I not see my

postings go up

while I see all the others?

Just a curious point.

This was the last post from you that I have seen. I have been meaning to reply

to it, but I am so overrun here with posts and this computer has been terrible

lately.

I do not know exactly what is going on, but basically if a post arrives at the

site but does not come through for some reason one of the moderators can sort

this out, but if the post never arrived they cannot. This is because for it not

to arrive means there is a technical issue at your end and with yahoo.

If there was a technical problem with the site it would show up on the

moderating board and you would not be the only person being affected. the

moderators cannot show you the moderation board but if you want to see it you

can ask Zaza to make you a moderator and you would then be able to go and see

what we are saying

I would have gone in and checked for you but I am no longer a moderator. Judy

has moderated other boards and is the most experienced out of all the

moderators. She would be able to sort this out, I know she would because

she has sorted out everything else, even really technical stuff, but if you

are still concerned about this I would email Judy, or Zaza, or even .

has had past experiences of moderating boards too. I dont know if he is

able to make you into a moderator, but I will be able to tell you a lot more

than I can about what is going on with your account

Love Joanne

Subject: about soy, folks

Hello, Newbies!

I have been around this site for a while now and am one who has gotten

to enjoy life once again. I am ninety percent pain free due to natural food

intake, staying away from anything processed and refined. Also, I use foods

that are best for me and stay away from all gluten and

starch.                                    Â\

 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â\

 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â\

 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  I needed to say a bit more on

soy...do not use this as a regular. It is know to cause breast

and other cancers. I read this, researched, and found more information on it. Be

careful.

For those who are in pain, I recommend the famed unfiltered AppleCider

Vinegar...it works!

That is the key to my pain free secret.

I hope you find this site informative but I can assure you will get the needed

support

and empathy from all of us. You may not hear from me as often as I used to write

but

rest assured that there are many of us who were like you and now are living a

better life for

following the natural food regimen and finding the right diet fit for us. We are

all different

so it may take time to find what will work best for you. But in time, you will

see most of

your health return and you too will begin enjoying life once again.

Welcome,

You are right to stay away from soya

This is Sally Fallon from the Weston Price Foundation. Her information is often

very reliable and helpful

Thanks so much Ange,

I never drink sodas, not for years and years and years. I drink decaf

coffee, water, tea and herbal tea. I didn't know that quinoa was gluton free.

I do have a bread maker and would love a good recipe for glutton free bread

if anyone has one. Due to my thyroid disease I cannot have any soy.

Hello Mia

regarding kidney stones I think if you drink plenty of water and stay away

from

sodas etc you should be fine to do the Atkins diet

I used to get kidney stones and I have not had any in 2 years and that was

before I was doing gluten free and low carb diet

I was tested for many food sensitivities a few years ago and wheat came up

for

me but its too hard to find anything without just wheat. I have felt so

much

better doing gluten free. I switched to quinoa pasta from whole foods and

also

Costco has an organic quinoa grain which you use instead of rice - I cook

it in

chicken broth and then add chopped up celery, green onions, tomatoes etc

with a

braggs vinegar /olive oil dressing. My husband even likes it. I did try

the

gluten free bread at whole foods for 9 a loaf and it was terrible. I

bought a

bread maker but have not yet made any bread.

Ciao-

Ange

Subject: Re: Mia: Grounding mat

Hi Joanne,

Well that is not a problem for me since we don't use weed killer on our

lawn and I grow my own organic garden, never using pesticides. But, I was

reading that just placing your bare feet on dirt or concrete for 40

minutes a

day will remove the electromagnetism. So I have been sitting in the garage

with my bare feet on the concrete for 40 minutes the last two days. I

figure

that if it seems to make a difference then I will spring for the indoor

floor mat for $60.00.

I got the very lastest book on Hashimoto's and it recommends a glutton

free

diet too. So am going to do that for sure. It had a very good idea in it

to simply test for glutton sensitivity. It says to go glutton free for 2

weeks, then eat something with glutton. If you suddenly feel terrible in

the

next day or two, then you have a glutton sensitivity.

Since the questionaire I took said that I probably don't have a candida

problem, I was wondering about just opting for a regular low carb diet

like

Atkins for Life. I am worried about the kidney problem with the ketosis

since three of my family members have trouble with kidney stones and since

I

also have Hashimoto's.
