Guest guest
Hi There Enfjay, Well now I have just did my first flush that is according to the new ways of doing things. Years ago, about 10, I did a gallbladder flush with just olive oil and lemon juice but I don't recall the details of that flush or if anything really flushed out or not. I did it because I had such severe right sharp pains and found it in an old herbal remedy book and thought I would give it a try. Well it did clear up that pain for sometime but eventually it did come back on and off. Now as for other results, you say you have had 4 flushes, do you notice anything significant in your body or physical appearance that shows something is changing? I am too new into my flush to make any statements of the sort, but would like to hear from others who have done these before. The only thing I have ever truly experienced a new look/glow to my presence and appearance is good old fashioned walking in the fresh air/sunshine everyday. Well of course that goes with a very healthy diet too and I am sure if I ate horrendous that I wouldn't notice so many benefits from the walk. I also do yoga and that is exceptional to get things moving fluidly in the body. I hope you find some good answers to your questions as I am very interested too. Guest guest
Hi, >Are they green cos it's bile and cholesterol solidified deposits in the liver??? The results you've posted are exactly what you would expect of a liver cleanse. You are young, and did not post that you've had any GB attacks, so I'm assuming you're doing the liver cleanse as a preventative measure? From what I've gathered from reading Dr. 's book, the stones are green because of the bile (yet, they don't necessarily all have to be green-they can be tan-colored, etc.), but the waxy texture is due to the stones being composed of cholesterol. (pg.553 The Cure for All Diseases) We've had numerous discussions on the topic of the compositions of the stones. This link: http://www.curezone.com/art/read.asp?ID=58 & C0=2 may help shed some light for you. There is evidence in the medical literature that doctors are aware that stones are produced in the liver. Just do an internet search for intrahepatic stones. As for me, I had already had my GB removed (I'm 44 year old female), but continued to have GB like attacks. The liver cleanse relieved me of all my painful and uncomfortable digestive symptoms (gas). Guest guest
Well I KNOW the stones aren't green because of the olive oil, because I used WALNUT oil! Which is brown >Are they green cos it's bile and cholesterol solidified deposits in > the liver??? > > The results you've posted are exactly what you would expect of a liver cleanse. You are young, and did not post that you've had any GB attacks, so I'm assuming you're doing the liver cleanse as a preventative measure? Well it's apparently so good for general health, digestion, energy, skin etc. But I found out about it trying to get rid of acne. Things seem good a few days after each cleanse, but then it comes back somewhat. I'm not severe, but mild to moderate and at 24, I don't think I should be! Has anyone found it to help zits? Guest guest
Enjya, I posted on another post about garlic for you but not sure if you will see that post so I thought I would send this in reply to your post. You can eat the raw garlic cloves for the mild acne, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
