Guest guest
Poly - Thank you, also, for starting this group! As I said earlier, I wish I would have known about you 2 years ago. Instead, I dealt with the pain and confusion myself. It would have been so reassuring to have you all to talk to! I also think that Corinna's question about partners is a good one. Fortunately, my husband is an optimist and helps to keep my spirits and hope alive. That doesn't mean that we always see eye to eye, but he does keep me from focusing too much on the negative. >>> " Poly Spyrou " 09/14 12:17 PM >>> Corinna, Welcome to our group. I found your question about partners reactions quite interesting. I wanted someone to bring up this subject because it is so much a part of the problems we are facing with ashermans. One member once wrote to me that she has divorced from her husband and ashermans was " part " of the reason. A lot of strain can be added to a marriage because of " any " problem a couple can face and ashermans is no excuse. I think when we first discovered this problem, faced with the pressure of losing my twins, we did have a lot of arguments but I'm glad that things have now changed. He often asks me about this group and I think he is proud of me for starting it. He is so good for being patient with me because I do spend a lot of time on the computer and it's good to know that he doesn't mind. So Corinna, Yes, it is an ashermans topic and if anyone else has a story to tell about the pressures ashermans puts on a marriage, I am sure we are all keen to listen. I think Cervical cerclage is when they stitch your cervix up for when a woman has a problem giving premature labour and incompetant cervix. Anyone else?
