Hi, everyone!

I just have 1 question (I think). It's about charting. Would going to bed

later but taking temp at the same time in the morning make the temp higher or

lower? I had an hour and a half less sleep last night, and my temp this

morning was really whacked out. I know that I didn't get enough sleep bc I

am completely exhausted! Just moving is a struggle. And I was hoping to

have more energy today, but I have less.

Anyway, I think I'm rambling! (Did I mention that my brain is still asleep?)
