I've read that a spoonful of horseradish a day will help improve the bile

flow.

Wasabi, anyone? :)

Seriously, though, adding radishes to salads, or to juices is supposed to

help improve the flow of bile. I've read in some places that it's good to

eat a radish between meals. I suppose it has something to do with getting

the radish on an empty stomach.

Just thought I'd share that dietary note. :)
