Guest guest
Hi, I'm Ed from The Netherlands. I recently tried my first liver flush (got it from Hulda 's book: the Cure for all Diseases). I passed only a few stones (25-50 max), but I do notice the results: I haven't suffered from any brain fog since I did the flush last Thursday night ! I used to have a couple of minor brain fogs throughout the day and sometimes heavier brain fogs (then I feel like my brain is working only 30% orso). The last days I feel completely bright (brain functioning at 90-100%) and that's a relief ! I will do another flush next week. Which flush is the most effective ? Should I use more oil to get more stones out ? I also hope to get rid of some acne on the line of my jaw, that's been there for about a year now. I've gotten rid of almost all other acne by going on a low-carb diet. I read some testimonials that it might take some time for the acne to disappear (two weeks I read in one case). I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I also suffer from allergies for wool and synthethic clothes. I can only wear 100% cotton, that's washed in a hypoallergene detergent. I hope the flusing might help get rid of that too. And then there are a few food intolerances, which might improve with the flushing.. Are there people on this list that have experience with one of the above mentioned things ? Thanks for reading, Ed, The Netherlands P.S. I saw somebody already posted a link to my site: http://www.newtreatments.org . Thanks..
Guest guest
Hi Ed - welcome! Congratulations on your first flush. It sounds like you've seen some great results. I hadn't really thought about this before I read your post, but I have noticed that I am having an easier time focusing at work recently. I suppose that could be attributed to the cleansing - interesting thought. As for which flush is the most effective, I think this is a very individual thing and I also think it could change with the individual over time. I started out doing the cleanse that many people do out here and then I switched to the cleanse (www.relfe.com) and found it very good. This Friday is my day for my next cleanse and I've decided that I might go back to the version for this one. I can't really explain why - it's just a gut feeling. So I guess I would suggest that maybe you try different variations and see what works for you. It's all good. And regarding the acne - it makes total sense to me that internal cleansing would result in better efficiency of the liver which would in turn result in clearer skin. It might take time for the body to cleanse as it needs to, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if you got good results in that area as well from continued cleansing. Keep us posted! in health, rachel~ ed@... writes: > I recently tried my first liver flush (got it from Hulda 's > book: the Cure for all Diseases). Guest guest
Hi Ed, What other list have I seen you on ? The SCD list? I have brain fog too and am hoping these flushes will get rid of it. I just had my dental work done - 9 extractions - no more plastic or infection in my mouth - so that burden s/b off my liver. I'm going to start the flushes again maybe today. Anyway, I was very happy to see it gets rid of brainfog. Keep doing them and you will probably see other symptoms disappear. I have an article in my archives somewhere that talks about wool allergy and the liver. Would you liek to see it? ----- Original Message ----- From: " ednl2000 " <ed@...> <gallstones > Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2002 5:29 AM Subject: New member, Ed from The Netherlands > Hi, > > I'm Ed from The Netherlands. > > I recently tried my first liver flush (got it from Hulda 's > book: the Cure for all Diseases). Guest guest
Hi Ed, With your allergies, I would perhaps suspect candida(?) Maybe you too can try the raw garlic, it is really great for killing candida too, also make sure you are taking a probiotic (acidolphilus/bifidus) and also taurine for the liver. Now like you I had numerous allergies to chemicals and fabrics but somehow over the course of the last few years they have all pretty much disappeared and the one thing that I became diligent with was to add the raw organic garlic to my diet. I always ate very healthy and very picky about grains etc. but from antibiotics I had my share of that route and well got really infested with candida. Now the only allergy I have left that is bothersome is men's cologne and that isn't as bad as I use to be. My family thought I was loco, like you all I would use is hypoallergenic detergents anywhere in my home, and absolutely no fragrance was allowed here and if the young people came in with fragrance they had to leave immdediately.....well now all that has changed and I could care less if someone stops in with fragrance on. Of course I still use earth friendly products because one can't justify using caustic harsh cleaning treatments that damages our bodies as well as our environments. Sorry this is so long winded! Guest guest
Hi Ed from the Netherlands, I'm glad you had good success from your first cleanse. It really encourages doing another one doesn't it. Well it says in s book that if you are allergic to wool chances are you have liver flukes she says 100% of the time. I too am allergic to wool and I went to a bio-resonance doctor here in Germany which is where I live at the moment and he found them first. He said it was one of my biggest problems and he zapped me and I took a few herbs. With my first cleanse I passed about 100 of these small parasites. They looked like little brown wirey hairs. Exactly like the doctor showed me. Maybe you'll pass some too! Do you have a catching apparatus in the toilet to see what you are passing? Also something good for your skin is either olive oil or pure unrefined light seseme oil (it's best) heat it just until a drop of water pops when you drop it in to sterialize it. Then let it cool, put it into a container and put it on your body especially your problem area just before you take your morning shower. I know that sounds strange to put oil on a acne spot but it detoxifys the skin all the layers, it helps pull the toxins out. I use it every morning. Let it soak in for a few minutes and don't scrub it off in the shower just let it gently rinse off in the warm water. I also have brain fog, but it's getting better. I generally feel great after a cleanse but unfortunately for me it returns and I can tell I'm ready for another cleanse. Here in Germany they have this stuff called Legalon suspension or capsules it's the best stuff I've ever had for improving the liver functions and helping it to heal. It's milk thistle and a combination of other liver herbs. I don't know if you can get it there but it's worth a shot to ask the pharmacy it they can order it for you. It really gives you better energy. Hope this helps a bit, Nicki --- ednl2000 <ed@...> wrote: > Hi, > > I'm Ed from The Netherlands. > > I recently tried my first liver flush (got it from > Hulda 's > book: the Cure for all Diseases). Guest guest
Dear ED, I'd like to say that you have a very good site! I've really enjoyed it - having so much info on the one place. I'm surprised that you ask which cleanse is better - you seem to have them all! I like the one of mixing fruit juice with the Epsom Salts drink because I can't stomach the taste. And I like to drink plenty of water when doing the fast because I seem to dehydrate too much. Daaag, Suzanne (former res. of R'dam)
