a place! It's Nova Southeastern University. It has an institute for special needs dentistry. He would have to go there and see the Doctors to verify his need for sedation. If they determine he needs to be sedated they will send him to Joe DiMaggios, childrens hospital in Hollywood, FL they set everything up for you.
