Well, I weighed myself this morning. I went from 243.5 to 239. I sure hope

it stays off!

PS - Maybe we should come up with some kind of formula for those of us

with great amounts to lose. It is more difficult for those close to goal

to lose weight.

That was the deal Susie... lose 5 pounds and keep it off for 5 days.

Everyone who loses 5 pounds and keeps it off for 5 days will win some sort

of prize. I will probably end it at the end of September. Then someone

else can think up a challenge for OCTOBER.

I hope you are the first winner Susie! :o))

Weighed in at 239 today, down 4.5 - all water weight. Tonight I weighed

240.5. It has not been a good eating day. I still have not been to the

grocery store!

Breakfast - Scrambled eggs & Sausage

Lunch - hard cheese and a few wheat thins

Dinner - one hamburger

Snack - more cheese and crackers!

Water - 80+ oz.

Coffee - 1 black decaf

Did you go over your carb # ?

Looks like you need a few veggies on the menu.>>

Dianne - I did not go over on carbs with the Wheat Thins. I counted out my

crackers, cut up some cheese and made little sandwiches. I definitely need

to add veggies to the menu! Tonight we are going to the grocery store and

salads for lunch today!

Breakfast:

1 hb egg 0.6g

Atkins chocolate shake (with 1/3c heavy cream,

2/3c water, sf chocolate syrup, 2 ice cubes &

a splash of coffee) 3.2g

14 oz. coffee (decaf) w/ heavy cream & sf syrup 2.1g

Lunch:

1/2 medium cucumber (sliced) 2.0g

tuna salad (1 1/2 cans w/ 2 tbsp. mayo, pickle

juice and Splenda) 1.0g

sf Jello snack cup 0.0g

1 piece of bacon 0.0g

Dinner:

On the go...heh...2 deli wraps

5-6 slices roasted turkey (no sugar), 4 slices

Muenster, mayo, lettuce, 2 1/2 thin slices of

tomato and 4 pieces of bacon 3.7g

Day Total 12.6g

~96 oz. of water...

Down 1 lb...(Total Challenge Loss: 3 lbs.)

Well its not going to be me (the winner that is) lol. Back UP to 135.8 this

morning. I'm baffled why I'm going up/down but I am following program. Just

to be safe I gave up my viactiv chews which may have 4 G each .. and I was

taking 2-4 a day. sigh.

I'm off for my morning walk. So hope you all have a good day. I really want

to lose this 5 lbs plus another 5 if at all possible by the end of Nov for

my cruise.
