Guest guest
well, it went okay. of course i had to start crying at one point. gosh i knew what he was gonna say. heard it ten times before but as soon as he started talking about can't promise .. and how bad my case seems to be.. and surrogacy and high risk pregnancy... i start crying.. he understood though. I do like hime better than other RE. I feel much more comfortable that i am dealing with a big clinic as opposed to a one woman office. He seems very good. He did say he is going to give me a shot ofestrogen right after surgery which i liked ( 5mg i think).. that way i do not have to take the pill as soon as i get home since i will be quesy.. he uses the balloon for seven days also. he will do a lap/hyst. using sissor. He said he would have not used the versapoint in my situation anyway as it increases chances of going thru uterine wall.. the sissor method is much more delicate and you only cut a little at a time... sometimes when scar tissue is very dense you do end up going thru wall,, but with sissor it would only be small amt as opposed to the versapoint... he is doing a lap to try to prevent that from happening.. he did say by my u/s i do not have a lot of lining,, so it will be a challenge to build that up but we will try!! he even spoke of viagra ( though experimental). he will also give me antibitioc while catheter is in. they will try to get me into surgery by early november. I am really hoping as i have a wedding 11/18 and would like a few days after catheter comes out before i have to go to wedding and away for the week.. he did say that i probably have a lot of scar tissue low in uterus by the look of hsg which is why the dy e could not get to tubes so my tubes are not necessarily damaged. that si one good thing i guess ( though it sounds very challenging to get the amt of scar tissue out in one surgery to have uterus the shape it is supose to be).. well, thanks for listening,, janet
