Oh and as to the Dr. Schulze's 5 day liver cleanse, ohhhh, how did you do on

that? Yes, his procedures are radical but work great! That Cayenne tincture

he puts out is about enough to kill a small elephant...lol. >>

Well, his herbal formulae are definitely potent, that's for sure! As for

the 5 day cleanse, it's a much milder version. I did get down the oil

drinks, though - I guess the gallbladder cleanses prepared me for that! :)

Yesterday's was touch and go for a few minutes there, but I kept up with

inhaling the peppermint oil and managed to keep it all down. I'm going to

keep up with the morning drink (minus the oil) for the next few days while I

finish up the anti-parasite formula. I figure the extra garlic in my system

will help.

This has been a farily intensive cleansing time and after this I'm taking a

break and just focusing on the dietary aspect of cleansing. It's all well

worth it, though. :)

And yes, I've ordered the cayenne tincture but haven't tried it yet. :)

Subject: peppermint oil

I'm currently on Day 3 of Dr. Schulze's 5 Day Liver Cleanse. Yesterday when

I drank the morning Liver Flush Drink I got incredibly nauseated and thought

I was going to lose the drink. I walked around and thought positive

thoughts and then I remembered my bottle of peppermint oil and thought I

would give it a try. I just brought the bottle to my nose and inhaled.

Within a minute or so the nausea subsided! So this morning, since I would

be adding another clove of garlic and another tablespoon of olive oil to the

drink, I thought that I would just add a drop of peppermint oil directly to

it to see if it helped. I can honestly say that I did not feel the

slightest bit nauseated. It could be coincidence - there could have been

something else that created the ill feeling yesterday morning that wasn't

present today - but I'd like to give credit to the peppermint oil. ;)

I just thought I'd pass that along for anyone else who has had trouble with

nausea. And if you're interested in the 5 Day Liver Cleanse, here is a link

to where it is described on curezone.com.

The only exception I would say to what's written there is that I was told on

the phone yesterday that the Intestinal Formulae should be used before the

cleanse, while the site says it should be continued during the cleanse. I

was using it, as I shared yesterday, but after talking with someone from ABP

I decided to discontinue it for the duration of this liver cleanse.
