I have been doing fine today. I am hungry even though I just ate 2 big hamburgers and cheese and I had crab and mayo rolled on lettuce. A bit of beef jerky and a small bag of peanuts. haven't walked yet or rode my bike. craving something sweet so I will have a coffee with Splenda. Now you hang in there as best you can Corky. Guest guest Posted August 18, 2000 Report Share Posted August 18, 2000 Corky, hang in there, and when the headache goes thats when you get hit with the energy, at least thats how it works for me. Today I had a Keto shake for breakfast, hamburg pizza for lunch, and chicken and salad for dinner. I am now enjoying some sf, ff, jello with some whipped cream on it. My head ache is gone along with 5 lbs and I feel pretty good. I did get heartburn from the sauce on the pizza today but it went away.
