Hello,

I shared about my cleanse and the vomiting etc. I had some broth this morning

and then just about 1/2 hour ago I had some more soup with the veggies, not a

lot of veggies and they are basically mush now. My stomach is in a cramp,

severe cramp right in the middle of my stomach....has anyone experienced this

with a flush? Perhaps I really did have a flu as I suspected....

Peace

Lu

Hi Lu,

After reading your posts, I was thinking that maybe the severe cramp you have is

a GB attack. I experienced my attacks in the center of my abdomen just below

the " V " the ribs make. Also, did the cramp begin within an hour of eating the

soup? If the broth had fat in it, you could suspect you're having an attack.

Other than that, the only thought I have is that sometimes people do feel quite

ill doing the liver cleanse. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Yes Lu,

Cramping is normal after what you have done to your body. Fasting for

a couple of days and then bombarding your body with oil to cleanse

the liver and gb will take a day or few to get back to normal. I

usually have a gurgly feeling, or maybe slight tighness after eating

lunch after the cleanse. Light food is good but your body is

digesting it with different effort the day after a cleanse of course.

Sometimes I feel fine but other times the stomach gets a little angry

at me. A day or two and you will be fine.

About the vomiting. 2 cups is a lot of oil. 1/2 - 1 cup may work fine

for your next cleanse. Dr. Hulga s cleanse on curezone only uses

one drink of 1/2 cup of oil. This is a easier cleanse if you aren't

having gb colic regularly and want to get a good cleanse anyway.

Maybe you want to consider that to avoid the vomit-effect next

time. :-)

Barry.

Hi Adrienne,

No the soup had no fat in it at all. It did happen within one half hour of

eating it. Now I got up and moved around alot as it helped to ease it up some

and then I had some bread and tea and it is gone now. I felt like my actual

stomach was having a spasm, a knot or like a charlie horse. And there again,

being I did that flush last night, just maybe it was a GB attack and some of

them were trying to pass....hmmm....interesting thought. I will have to keep an

eye on it here.

Thanks Adrienne for the input.

Peace

Lu

Thanks Barry, I will keep this in mind, perhaps it was too much olive oil.

During my first flush I only used 3/4 cup. I was trying this other method but I

can see that it wasn't a great one for me. And that lemon juice, NASTEY! Oh

that gives me the heebeejeebees thinking about it.....and I use to love

lemon...eiyiyi. Think I will stick with the grapefruit juice.
