Guest guest
For those of you not reading the bowel cleanse list, I take the liberty of reposting a message (not written by me) from that forum: ============= Thanks KJ for that input. The itching has already stopped. I did notice the zapper worked very well on my sinuses but my whole face itched for a while. Today I feel fantastic. I just completed my 6th liver cleanse. I had a horrible weekend though. I fasted most of the week before the cleanse drinking lots of juice during the day and eating a very light supper. Anyway I screwed up. The night before the cleanse I wanted to eat a little fried rice which I figured was ok. We went to a restaurant and off the vegaterian menu I saw an egg roll so I decided to have that too. Big mistake! I ate the egg roll and a small amount of rice. Within 10 minutes I felt my liver doing something much like it does during the liver cleanse when you lay down flat. I thought, no it was my imagination. I didn't think anymore about it. I went to bed at 10:00 and around 2:00am I woke up very nauseated and with a little chest pain. Couldn't get back to sleep. The feeling resembled a previous cleanse I had done but thought no I hadn't begun the cleanse yet or drank my Epsom slats. The next day I felt horrible very tired from no sleep but worse was the headache on the right side of my face as the day passed it got so much worse. 6:00pm came and I drank my Epsom salt mainly to get things going and I planned on aborting my liver cleanse if my headache didn't go away. Still the headache continued and no bowel movement. 8:00pm came I drank the 2nd Epsom salt by 8:30 my headache was so bad I couldn't bear it any more so I decided to do an enema to get things moving. I was in the bathroom for an hour Stones came out before my liver cleanse! After the enema my headache was completely gone. I passed a few stones but mostly orange water which I've done before that smelled horrible I new I had begun my liver cleanse by eating that greasey egg roll! I'll never do that again! Anyway since I got rid of my headache and all those toxins I decided to proceed with my liver cleanse. I drank the grapefruit juice and olive oil at 10:00pm and went to bed. Once again at 2:00am I woke up feeling sick and with a very full belly feeling. All the next day I passed only water orange smelly water no stones. I thought I blew it but this morning I have passed hundreds of them much more than before. I was so exhausted, weak and felt like I just got out of the hospital. But today I feel like a new person and I haven't even had my colonic yet. I learned something though that there's more that one way to start a liver cleanse I am positive that is what I did. Just thought you might like to read another testomional! I too plan on doing the PD once I finish my liver cleanse and know I will have reactions of die-off but it's worth it to feel so good afterwards. Thanks for listening. Guest guest
Hedge, Thanks for this story about a mini-flush. This has happened to me twice before. Between my 2nd and 3rd flushes, one week later, one week before my 3rd flush, I ate some french fries and WOW. I felt pain one hour later and went to the bathroom and passed a lot of sludge and stones. It was like my body was doing a flush on it's own with the oil from the fries. I felt great afterwards after eliminating that mess. It's great also that I had enough oil in my system from my last flush that I had no pain at all. So, these mini-flushes happen when you are regularly on a cleansing program. Don't believe it, eat a fatty full meal. Make sure you eat greasy fries and it will happen. :-) Barry. > For those of you not reading the bowel cleanse list, I take the > liberty of reposting a message (not written by me) from that forum: > > ============= > Thanks KJ for that input. Guest guest
HAHAHA , Eating greasy fries with the wrong kinds of oil is definitly not recommended but it will do the same thing physically (in a sense) as a flush will. Your body always does flushing on it's own in this type of smaller scale anyway. If you are regularly flushing, you will notice this more on a larger scale depending on what you try and eat. It's a good thing actually. An added benefit of cleansing while on this cleansing program. This is as long as you don't have colic pain as well. Those with bad colic attackes should avoid this type of mini- flushing. :-) The doctor has clarified his statement. :-) Barry. > In a message dated 3/11/02 8:53:10 PM Eastern Standard Time, > barry91162@y... writes: > > > > So, these mini-flushes happen when you are regularly on a cleansing > > program.
