Guest guest
Hi Jani, I improved a lot on Bee's diet-been on it over 2 years. One big change I made was gradually increasing my saturate fats,(butter, coconut oil) as I lowered my carbs. About how much of such fat do you get, and are you still taking in any vegetable fat? There were a few times when I felt my pain get a bit worse as I increased my coconut oil, but ended up with less pain. That fat gets the toxins moving around and out of you. Bee says a lot about food allergies in her website, if you want to do a search. Here is one http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/allergy1.php C > > Thank you!!
