I could be " hearing " it wrong and if you have the kind of relationship where he always calls you sweetie and you don't mind, then forget what I said. But that part about nutrition - that's serious enough, in my opinion, to do some doctor shopping. Sorry if this was too blunt. It reminded me of the way that the surgeon spoke to when he told me that I needed to schedule surgery. I found him to be condescending as well and there is no way in the world that this guy was going to cut me open.
