Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Wow, lots of changes on our group these days... I hope this new Idea of having Moderators does not ruin our group, as we go back quite a few years now... Hi to my old friends Joanne, ruth, and all of the new people that I don't really know as of yet... Not alot new going on with me yet, but my husband will be home on the 15th for two weeks from Afghanistan, so Im really looking forward to that... Plus all my kids are coming over from the states to spend Christmas with us... I can't even tell you how excited I am -- I was curious to know if anyone on the board has tried taking MSM and if so has it helped out any? Let me know okie dokes... I'm still taking my VCO daily, and I also drink lots of Coconut Water, I think Im addicted to it LOL A Brilliant book to read is The Coconut Oil Miracle by Bruce Fife .... I'm sure lots of you have heard of it. I love love love his books. I'm still taking ten thousand IU of Vitamin D3 a day too. Lots of new research these days are saying that we should be taking at least that amount as adults specially when we are not getting any Sun.... And I can tell ya now,,, seeing the sun is far and few between living in Germany! Well I wish you all a good night and a lovely day tomorrow.
