Did you receive a copy of this email? There was a previous thread where Yahoo

put some posts in the group’s spam filter. They do send the moderators a

notice when this happens and I did go and approve those messages. Now that I’m

thinking about it, I think you had a couple that were in there that I approved.

They were then posted to the group. You can go to the group’s main page and

check past messages yourself to see if they went out to the group. This might be

another possibility for why you didn’t receive your own posts.

And yes, some days Yahoo drives me crazy too. I also belong to a couple of

moderator’s groups and you should hear of some of the problems that other

groups have. One owner/moderator of another health group couldn’t get into

their group because somehow their ISP got blacklisted. In the process of trying

to get that straightened out a spammer posted a bunch of pornographic things to

the group. Someone reported it and then the group got listed as an Adult group.

Finally the person got into the group again, but meanwhile most of the people

had left it. Then the owner had to go in and delete everything having to do with

the porn and then beg Yahoo to take the group off “Adult†status. They

finally got everything straightened out, but it took months and a lot of anxiety

before it got done.

I hope you are getting all emails now, but if you aren’t or should have

problems again in the future let me know.
