Guest guest
For those of you who don't like (who does ?) Epsom salt taste. You can replace all water (3 cups or 4 cups) in Hulda's Cleanse with freshly pressed Grapefruit juice, or freshly pressed apple juice. Yes, you can use 1 cup of juice more, to mask Epsom salt taste even more. Recipe: Dissolve Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate = MgSO4 + 7H2O) in 3 cups of freshly pressed juice. That way, you can't taste Epsom salt, and body will absorb more of it. The more you absorb, the more relaxed and more flexible bile ducts will be. It may happen you don't get strong diarrhea! Some people may absorb all, and they may need extra, or enema, to get diarrhea. I tested it on me and on over 10 other people, and the cleanse work with no problems! And it is very tasty and pleasant, compared with Epsom Salt dissolved in water. This alternative is great for kids! If kids are small (10 years), do not give more then 1/4 cup of olive oil. You can also take 1 tea-sp. of magnesium sulfate daily, with freshly pressed juice (apple, grapefruit, orange,....) Regards Agnes

From what I understand, another reason for getting them out in good time is so that the potential toxins in them don't get reabsorbed into the system. And there's also the school of thought that the ESalts relax/dilate the bile ducts to ease the passage of the stones. in health, rachel~
Guest guest
Agnes, I am wondering about the ES and if all brands are created equal.....I have a bag that I bought bulk last spring for bathing and that is what I used....perhaps this is not what I should be using? Thanks! Peace Lu ----- Original Message ----- From: Agnes gallstones Sent: Saturday, March 09, 2002 8:36 AM Subject: Epsom Salts Alternative experience For those of you who don't like (who does ?) Guest guest
Hi, It's me again on the epsom salt question. Just to be safe I went to the drugstore and bought a carton that is called Good Sense and it says for laxitive use. It says " For relief of occassional constipation. Increases water volume in the intestine thereby promoting bowel movement. This product generally produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours. " It says that it should be used 2-4 teaspoons of this per 8 oz. of water for adults.....well that is A LOT less than what I used last flush! teehehehe...Oh me oh my.... Anyhow what is interesting is the increased water volume in the intestine....so that means if we aren't drinking plenty of fluids to keep ourselves hydrated and it is drawing our fluid from our tissues then this explains to me what caused my dehydration. Understanding that in fact Epsom Salts is a " laxative " .....roflol. Okay, now I understand what is going on with this stuff. It provides spasms in the colon necessary to flush out things and with that I imagine it being good for the purpose of the gallbladder cleanse so that those waxy substance stones don't all mosh together and plug you up....after all, we are not bears and don't require a seasonal plug....roflol Okay, so that is my speculative theory about epsom salts and the flush. *roflol* Peace & Love Lu ----- Original Message ----- From: Lulu gallstones Sent: Saturday, March 09, 2002 2:42 PM Subject: Re: Epsom Salts Alternative experience Agnes, I am wondering about the ES and if all brands are created equal.....I have a bag that I bought bulk last spring for bathing and that is what I used....perhaps this is not what I should be using? Guest guest
Agnes, thanks so much for the ES addition alternative. I will try this and see how it makes me feel. I love the ES results as far as dilating ducts and flushing out the stones, but not the ES feeling or taste. of Dewberry Hill " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. " -Kubler Ross " Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
