dehydration / awful epsom salt taste

Hi Lu,

Everyone is different - listen to your body.

Many people have an extra sensitivity to the epsom salts. If you

feel too dehydrated, you may wish to drink water until 5:30 p.m. on

the evening when you begin the preps for flushing. You could then

drink water again after the epsom salt drink until 1/2 hr before the

next drink.

Also, to get rid of the " metalic " epsom salt taste in the epsom

drink, you may wish to replace 1/4 c of water in each of your potions

with fresh grapefruit juice; then take a small amount of juice after

downing the epsom salt potion.

Just add 1 cup water less when making your mix and add the juice each

time just before you drink it. Prepare a cup of juice just before

the first drink - use it in your first two drinks. Do the same the

next morning for the final two drinks. This leaves your mouth

feeling fresh.

Hi Suzanne,

Thank you so much for your input. Yes, I do have a very sensitive system and I

think I got a bit carried away with that stuff. LOL. The grapefruit mixed with

it sounds like a great way to help dissipate some the taste of the ES. Again,

thanks for your suggestion I will try this tomorrow night.
