Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have a question...(Carla, you may have more answers since you were at my meeting), but anyone, come on in jump on in!! I just received my B-12 DOTS today, and they are 500 mcg.'s....According to my surgeon, he said because the dots don't absorb as well as the shots, that I should be having 1000-3000 mcg's....Remember, this is Micromiligrams, and not regular miligrams (if I'm even spelling this right)....Does this sound right to you mathematic specialists, or should I just stick with the 500 mcg., until I see the Dr. next week? I know too much is bad, so maybe I just answered my own question! Thanks! Dawn (aka: Blondie)
