Guest guest
Barry, Thanks for posting your flush results. Sounds like a big success. Guest guest
Hey Barry, Thanks for sharing! Now I am wondering about the dehydration ordeal with the ES. I was dehydrated for days in fact up until about 4 days after my flush....and I kept tasting that stuff in my system...I am wondering if anyone else has experience this. I even replenished my body with lost minerals and salts, and water....still could not shake that dehydration.....any comments? Do you think this part of it is necessary after the first flush? I'm going to do my 2nd flush on Sunday evening. I wish I had done it mid week here but Sunday is good a day as any and I was having too much fun in the kitchen this week. lol. Peace Lu ----- Original Message ----- From: barry91162 gallstones Sent: Friday, March 08, 2002 7:18 PM Subject: 7th Flush Results ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Hey Stonies, Well, here we go again...Did my 7th cleanse using Dr. Hulga method with ES (Yes, I wanted to make sure the ducts were dialated, relaxed, or whatever the general concenses is now). The difference to s method was to use 4 drinks of 1/4 OO\GF spaced 15 minutes apart. I'd added twice as much of the potion to try and get the gb contracting more within the hour of bombarding the gb with oil every 15 minutes. Results; Around 300 5mm or less size stones. 3 stones 1cm in size. More sand, gunk, and sludge. This puts me at well over 2,000 stones for the 7 flushes total. Observations; The stones were all of the soft-er cholesterol liver stones. None seem to be crusty or of the hard-er calcified, calcium oxide type. They were all tan in color. One mistake I think I made was to eat too much of a 'light' lunch. Next time I will skip the lunch entirely and only eat a small breakfast of fruits, etc. I think this really effects the results. Whereas before on subsequencial flushes, the ES would cause me to eliminate after the second ES drink at 8 pm - 10 pm in the form of many trips to the toilet (5-10 times). The ES would cause sort of a dehydrating effect of mostly water. This is desired for me to prepare myself for the oil. This time I didn't eliminate anything until right after the 6 am drink. This has never been the case for me before and I'm guessing it was because of the big lunch I had. Another thing was that I didn't complete the 4th oil drink. Because of the 'no elimination' before the drink, I was feeling bloated and couldn't hold down the last drink without feeling like vomiting, so I set it down. I laid on my right side with right knee up to chest. I did this after downing each of the 15 minute spaced drinks. I felt no gb contraction as on the 6th cleanse but I did feel a tightening feeling at around 5 am which woke me up. I was hoping to get more of a 'shock effect' soon after the drinking of the oil. This shock effect is what I feel will move the 1 cm hard stone out. The tightening feeling must have been the sand and softer stones moving out. Over-all, I'm happy with the results of eliminating more stones and sludge, and I feel great now. I always get a clearer, euphoric feeling after a flush that lasts for at least a few days. Happy Flushing. Barry.

Guest guest
Thanks everyone for the nice words about my FLUSH. haha Lu, I actually invite the dehydration from the ES. I like to eliminate all the water-retention along with the food before the oil drink. I can hold the oil down better and I like the feeling that my body is empty and concentration only on the oil flush process. Also, I have lost 10 lbs in 3 months. 170 lbs down to 160 lbs. So, I like the elimination of the water for this reason. Loose weight while flushing? Another great side benefit. I've lost my little pot stomach that was beginning to form. Dieting also has something to do with the weight loss of course. I am down to my perfect weight again. The flush of the water (diarrihea) before the oil drink also cleans out the colon of the foods and gunk before hand so it is like a colon cleanse for me because I have never done one of those. I drink a lot of juice and water after a flush. Your body will recover very soon. The taste of oil for 1 or 2 days is normal. The skin is smoother, hair feels oilier, and you may even have an oil odor. This is all normal. As you do more flushes you will get used to how your body functions to the new method you as doing. The first one was the most dramatic change for me. They get easier as you do them and know what to expect. Good luck with your health. Barry. > Hey Barry, > Thanks for sharing! Guest guest
Barry, Thank you for your insight, I appreciate. .-) I don't mind the oil, I use oil over my pastas or with my breads when I indulge in breads. That wasn't difficult for me at all...it was that epsom salt stuff.....argghhhh....teehehee....I am sure as you say that it will get easier. Now on the weight loss and such, that is wonderful! I quit smoking 50 days to be exact, and my stomach has distended and protrudes after my meals and that is why I decided to do the flush because I couldn't figure out why my digestive system wasn't working normal...anyhow I never ever had any problems with my digestive tract and never experienced bloating the likes of what I had been experiencing. I imagine it is the result of the toxic effect the cigs had on my system......so anyhow that was my only bad habit I had and was stubborn to give it up but did so for my health and sinuses! lol...... I started the Liver Diet by Cabot a few weeks before I did my first gallbladder flush and am still on that diet but much more strict than her outline in the book and it is working well for me. I do notice that eating this way has certainly sharpened my mind, no brainfog and increased my energy. I look forward to better improved overall physical well-being with more flushes. Again, I am still very nervous about the ES so this evening I prepared an organic pot of veggie soup and will use this to replenish my system after the flush. It smells so good up there cooking...lol. Barry, How much ES do you use? Maybe I used way too much? How much did you use?? I'd also be interested to hear what your procedure is for replenishing lost minerals and salts and how you knew they were lost in the first place. Are you referring to specifics or is this just an overall sort of " insurance " to be sure that you aren't low? I'm always interested in people's health habits so if you'd care to share any more about that, I'd like to hear it. in health, rachel~

I know that you're looking forward to getting that particular stone out, but I do think that each amount of stones/sand/sludge/chaff that comes out might be just moving things around enough so that in a subsequent cleanse the calcified stone will be able to come out. They're just making way! So I'd agree that it was a successful cleanse. heck, I've never read anyone's experience that I would consider UNsuccessful. Each cleanse does something positive for us. Enjoy that euphoric feeling. I've never experienced that, but it sounds like a great reward for your efforts. Hmm....do you suppose a person could get hooked on flushing just for that euphoria? keep up the good work! rachel~
Guest guest
Rofolol...Oh you two are too funny. I get a good laugh from some of your posts, they are very informative and playful as well. ,-) I think that is something I look forward to, the feeling of euphoria, that I would imagine has to do with the body finding a better chemical balance after dumping so many toxins that we know interfere with the body's performance. Keeps me looking forward to more healthy cleanses. Thanks you two! .-) Peace Lu ----- Original Message ----- From: Rachd1961@... gallstones Sent: Saturday, March 09, 2002 9:07 AM Subject: Re: 7th Flush Results ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Guest guest
Lu, I love the ES effect. The laxative effect cleans out my entire digestive tract. The taste doesn't bother me very much. I just picture it as being a strong mineral water. It taste practically the same to me. I guess it depends on how your taste buds work. The oil drink is much more difficult for me to face for some reason. Maybe the ES is so easy for me because I'm dreading the oil. haha One thing I don't like with the ES is the sharp aching pain that sometimes comes and goes with the cleansing. But the overall elimination of foods and water retention makes the 'purge' effect welcomed in my 'flushing' procedure. Don't eat lunch if you can and the effect will be more positive. Less waste to purge the better. I used Dr. s method. 4 TBLSPN of ES in 3 cups of water. I've used 5 TBSPNS on two of my seven cleanses and got a no effect of pre- elimination before the oil drink. I've gone back to 4 now because my body is becoming much cleaner now after 7 flushes and I don't feel I need as much. The first couple of cleanses, the ES is really helpful to clear the old sludge and sticking stones. Good luck with your flush and ES. One note; If the taste is so bad for you, try immediately rinsing your mouth after drinking with some mint mouthwash. Works for me right after the oil swig. :-) Be Healthy, Barry. > > Hey Barry, > > Thanks for sharing! Now I am wondering about the dehydration > ordeal with the ES. Guest guest
, Thanks for those kind words. Gesh, I hope I don't get addicted to flushing. :-) Kind of like the post-er on here who said he became addicted to Olive Oil and had to drink a bottle a day!!! No thanks. haha. The euphoric feeling is a great side benefit from eliminating toxins, waste, sludge, stones, etc from your body. Enema's produce a like type of feeling but I haven't felt the need to clean my colon..yet. Maybe the oil coursing through the blood also produces a clearer feeling. I know my hair and skin feel more oily and my insides feel more oiled as well. Be Healthy.
