Guest guest
I'm drinking coffee or tea all day to keep from eating. I'm also addicted to Hickory Farms coffee. Whenever I go to the mall (once or twice a week), I'll get a cup when I'm leaving the mall. Tues, they had " White Christmas " . It was really good. Guest guest
That's my daughters favorite tea. I love flavored teas. Earl Grey and lemon are my favorite. I also love flavored coffee.sus -----Original Message----- From: ERWachter@... I bought some French Vanilla Tea this week. First time I've seen it in the grocery store. It is really good. I add Splenda and a little bit of Fat Free milk. For anyone that likes flavored coffees, I think you would like this tea. Eunice ..
Guest guest
You know very rarely do I drink teas or coffees. Sometimes I like coffee and I like cocoa but even the sugar free ones drive my sugars up so I have to be careful ERWachter@... m To: diabetes cc: 02/21/2002 04:08 Subject: Re: French Vanilla Tea PM Please respond to diabetes I'm drinking coffee or tea all day to keep from eating. Guest guest
I think I like every kind of coffee and tea made, except herbal teas. I can remember being told by a dietician, and deciding to ignore the fact, that caffeine can help keep blood sugars elevated. Recently, I read the same thing in diabetes literature from someplace, sorry I can't remember where, which really hit home, because when I consume a lot of coffee, tea, or diet soda with caffeine, it does effect it; when I drink decaf or even better, drink water, down it goes. Don't get me wrong--I make my four cups of brew coffee with caffeine every morning, cause no decaf anything can open my eyes before noon; but after that, I'm pretty much a decaf person. Guest guest
and I use the flavored creamors for coffee and skip the sweeteners. > Carolyn Kaminski > >What kind of flavored creamers for coffee do you use? Every kind I have seen, whether powdered or liquid, have quite a bit of sugar. I love the extra flavor, but not the extra sugar! If I'm going to have sugar, it's going to be something extra special!
