Hi Kate,

Not yet with the enema......just give it time and relax, it takes a few hours

and you'll see. Anyhow as for the E salts...I only had about half what they

suggest and it did just fine for me so don't worry about that. ;-)

Peace

Lu

Subject: First Cleanse results and ?

I did my first cleanse after the flax seed for breakfast yesterday.

Oh well. I did fine until that 4th dose of Epsom Salts which I drank

half of and couldn't keep down. I've gotten about a dozen tan

colored covered green pea stones out and lots of chafe.

Should I take an enema because I can't take any more E Salts! I

still feel very bloated. I'm doing this to clear my liver, I don't

have gallstone problems. Thanks for all your advice so far!

Hi Kate, and Lu,

Yes, waiting is recommended. You will probably pass stones all day

after the flush. Whatever doesn't come out before you eat again will

eventually come out in your next couple of solid stools. You may not

see inside there but they are there. If you want to lighten up on the

ES in the morning, drink apple juice. It will help things move faster

also.

Be healthy,

Barry.

Thanks Barry and Lu,

Yes, I had apple juice and an apple today to break my fast after

seeing Lu's post. I figured it would do the job. I have seen at

least 30 more stones and sand :)

Hi Kate (yay - we know your name!) :)

Congrats on doing the cleanse. Again, I think I'm reading your message too

late to be giving you any timely advice, but I'll go ahead and do it anyway.

:)

If you drink a good amount of apple juice it will also have a laxative effect

on your system like the E.S. Probably not as forceful as the Epsom Salts

(but that's what I like about it), but it should do the trick. If you

don't have your own juicer, just be sure that you get unfiltered, preferably

organic, without added sweetener, color, preservatives, etc... In other

words, as close to natural as you can possibly get.

I'm a big fan of apple juice. :) I have a juicer and I drink a quart of

Granny apple juice with the juice of a lemon every day. It's part of

my overall effort at cleansing the gallbladder and is supposed to be good for

helping to dissolve stones.

I also start the day with a glass of very warm (not hot) water with the juice

of a whole lemon. It's great cleansing and it seems to me that it might

assist in getting the bowels moving also. My next cleanse (next Wednesday)

I will definitely do that in the morning after.

in health,

rachel~
