Howdy Kathy!

I took a look at the site and see that there will be a vote on the education

rules by GETAC. The latest draft rule available on the web is dated 9/99. Is

there a more current version available for review? I'd like to be able to

review it before the day of the meeting so I could better prepare any

comments I may have.
