I'm not a good one to answer the needle biopsy question since my FNA produced

hurthle cells, but I can tell you that incision sites sometimes have seemingly

little to do with the area being gone after.

Yes, somebody should have done another sonogram to locate the tumor. Would an

FNA give you any peace of mind? You seem to say that it wouldn't.

Durn and double durn! I've been following your story, which has now turned into

your saga, and had hoped that this would put an end to the thyca-problems

chapter.

If the " crud " you're talking about is betadine, it ought to wash off.
