He tells it like it is - there are people in the world who are evil (to use an ancient term) and like the way they act and have no intention of changing. They don't 'waste' energy agonizing what affect their actions have on others. The worst of this lot have names like Dahmer, Gacy, Manson. Alot of others don't kill the body but they do kill other's souls.
