Lu,

So you think that maybe your body is causing you to throw up in order to have

that muscle contraction in an effort to move stones? (Am I hearing you

correctly?) I guess it's possible.

I'm just impressed that you're WILLING to do another cleanse after what

you've been through! :) I'm impressed.

gallstones

.. My hunch is that it's the movement of the organs

that helps to dislodge a stone, but I can't back that up with any science!

:) And keep in mind that the gallbladder episodes that I've had are minor

in comparison to others I've read about. So different situations might

warrant different remedies.

It's what I was thinking when I read your post, yes. I also am thinking about

my cholesterol readings.

I don't know if I shared with the list or not that I have had high cholesterol

readings for a good many years. The doc says because my good fat is so high

that it cancels the bad fat but I am a little perplexed as to why my bad fat is

high because I get very few bad fats in my diet and I am always careful as well

with the good fats because they can give me trouble.....and I have been

particularly concerned about this because I feel my body is not getting

everything it needs in the way of nutrition. Do you suppose I really do have

stones in there and that this could be why my body can't utilize the fats I

intake and that is why I am violently throwing up......well these are some

things I need to find some answers to.......

Lotions for pain would include a heating agent and most use capsian for

this, meaning hot peppers, like cayenne, paprika, hot mustard, chilies, etc.

It is not often used in lotions, rather more often capsian is used in an oil

base by infusing the capsian in the oil base, such as olive oil or castor

oil for example. Then the oil is rubbed onto the painful area, covered with

a fabric like wool or flannel to keep cool air out of area, then washed off

after about 1 hour.

Any capsian can cause irritation to the skin, so must be used in moderation

and caution
