I have done something that works for me and yet I'm a little reluctant to write it in a public forum, but...okay, I'll go for it. Ordinarily I wouldn't say this is a good idea, but in a case of gb pain it has helped me to make myself throw up. My hunch is that it's the movement of the organs that helps to dislodge a stone, but I can't back that up with any science! And keep in mind that the gallbladder episodes that I've had are minor in comparison to others I've read about. So different situations might warrant different remedies. I have also found that it helped to keep moving around, bending over and straightening up again. Some suggest a castor oil pack, which helps the blood flow. Lu recently shared about essential oils that are good for the gallbladder (lavender and geranium), so perhaps rubbing those on the area as well as using the castor oil pack might help. I'm sure others will have things to add to the list! in health, rachel~ The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it and ignorance may deride it, but in the end there it is.
