I drink a quart of apple/lemon juice every day and also start my day with a glass of warm water with the juice of a lemon. As for whether they've been effective, there's really no way to tell, except for the fact that I have not had many episodes in the past couple of months and my eating habits have not been exemplary. In other words - I have eaten things that would seem like they would trigger an attack, but didn't.
