Steph: I don't know what the chance are. It really depends on the individual events of your case, the state you are in, the results of your treatment for Asherman's, it really is hard to predict what kind of success rate you might have. I agree with your family though, talk to a lawyer and see. Find one that specializes in medical malpractice. If you need a referral let me know and I can search for you. Also, keep in mind that the majority of medical malpractice claims are settled with malpractice insurers and never make it to trial which is why it is so hard to find trial records for a lot of physician errors.
