Guest guest
This is for anyone who's having problems stopping the pain, Please take more ES. Either ES or some magnesium caps or something. Plus, put heat on your GB/liver area, also castor oil pack. Let me also stress for those of you who have bowel movements that are the normal color. Start taking Beta-TCP, wherever you may get it. I don't know if anyone thinks that I know what I'm talking about or what, but this stuff has helped me just as much as the cleanses. To be honest, I think it's getting rid of stuff or helping me get rid of it sooner or something before I even do a cleanse. I highly recommend it, and it's not expensive at all, I don't think. And it's all natural ingredients in it. Susie
Guest guest
Hi Lu, Maybe I can shed something here. First, I can't remember if you said this was your first flush (or what number it is) and also why the cleanse was in-complete. I can't remember. All I know is that sometimes for me, a couple days after a cleanse, I will have a colic attack. You may have a stone or sludge stuck in the duct, or you may have stones that didn't come out of the gb on the last flush. I recommend at least 5 to 10 cleanses before you can understand what your body is doing and what it needs also. I know by ultrasound what I am dealing with and now I say I " Know my Stone " . This means, I know what causes colic for me, I know exactly what time of the night I will get it, I know how long it will last, I know what the cause is from exactly, and I know how to get rid of the colic fast. So, while I am trying to elminate this pain by cleansing, I have also learned to control the pain. I know that in my case, it is a 1 cm stone (hard- er than the softer liver stone or balls) in my gb that is floating and needs to come out before my colic will stop completely. That is my goal. Once I know that one stone is out, I know I will not have more pain and just do twice a year maintanance to keep my gb clear of possible new stones forming. Hope this helps in some way. When in doubt, keep flushing. :-) Barry. > Hey there, > Yesterday morning was my flush day and if you recall I had gotten sick on Sunday night. I then had some discomfort yesterday and it finally eased up. Now today I have a question because I am utterly miserable! Both meals I had today brought on severe bloating to the point I can hardly breathe....soreness and pain in my right side by my ribs and in my back same side (right). Did I dislodge a stone and it is stuck perhaps from the incomplete flush? Or is it ???? I had soup and bagel with licorice tea and stevia for lunch and dinner and this morning I had a smoothie for breakfast.....now after breakfast I did not have this happen, only after the lunch dinner hour.......I add flax oil and ground flax to my morning drink. My side is sooo sore.....maybe I have an incomplete flush and need to do this again to make sure it all safely gets out of the way...??? Any take on this. > Peace > Lu > > >

Guest guest
Barry, This was my second flush and I do believe I guessed it right....was an incomplete flush. Today I am having problems with movements and when I do they are those cholesterol stones. So this morning I took some epsom salts with juice and in about 15 mintues I threw up and I had a bad headache. I decided to go out and take my dogs for a walk as the air is so fresh and crisp and thought it should help. After the walk I felt much better and was able to hold down some fresh steamed veggies and sprouted grain toast with an Original Ginger Brew. Now my stomach feels a lot better than it has in days but I am afraid those stones are all clogging me up and so I will try again later in the day to take some epsom salts again. so strange.... Guest guest
Good luck Lu, I haven't had that kind of problem (exactly) after a flush but every 'body' is different. I've never had a problem throwing up ES neither. YUCK!! Sometimes if I have colic after a flush I will drink 1 TBSPN of ES in 8 ounces of water (not juice). Maybe the juice is too irratating with ES for you? I don't know. Just a thought. Sounds like you still have sludge or stones caught in the ducts and are still working their way down. Drinking lots of water may help. Also, apple juice can be drank instead of ES to get the bowels going again. Whatever it is, good luck. Sounds like you still have more flushing to do to get everything moving like a whistle. :-) Barry. > > Hey there, > > Yesterday morning was my flush day and if you recall I had gotten > sick on Sunday night. Guest guest
Lulu, I wonder if it wouldn't be good for you to just keep getting out there and walking, it is such good exercise, and will help keep your " insides moving " as well, and movement may well loosen any stone that is stuck. If you feel good walking, do it. Put heat on any tender areas, that really helps me so much. I guess trying the ES may be okay, but be careful of draining yourself. God bless, L.
