Guest guest
Hi Kate Most places that I've read say that it's okay to do the flush every two weeks. Some say that it takes time for the body to recover (I think that's mostly if you're using Epsom Salts) and others say that it takes time for the stones to move - or something to that effect. I've done it with just a week in between, but would say that it's probably better to wait the two weeks. Some wait even longer. Depending on the results of tonight's flush, I might wait longer next time. Hope that helps some... rachel~ k8ster@... writes: > I did my first GB flush last Thursday. Guest guest
I did my first GB flush last Thursday. I would like to try again since my results were just so-so, probably due to the fact that I ate eggs and Flaxseed that day. When is it OK to try again? Guest guest
Hi Kate, Most cleanses say to wait 2 weeks to let your body recover from the draining of fluids lost in a flush and fast. BUT, if you don't feel you did enough the first time, 1 week should be ok too. Depends on how you feel, what your body is telling you, and how much you want to push yourself. If you do the next one in 1 week, you shouldn't make a habit of weekly flushing because after awhile it will be very hard on your body to readjust itself. Just my opinion. Some people feel once a month is all they can handle, so everyone is different. Listening to your body is your best answer. Barry. > I did my first GB flush last Thursday.
