Nicki, let me refer you to a good bowel cleanse site and the bowel cleanse list

bowel cleanse I've done many bowel cleansing proceedures over

the years many are very good. The PD I'm still in the first few weeks of a few

month regime...but it is by far the most potent so far. It is a transient

probiotic that " eats up " parasites, bacteria and virus, candida and cleans up

the bowels. For me since I have much candida over the years...it's doing a lot

of poison die off and causing different ill feelings that come and go. But sure

can tell it's working. Not cheap. But I've used more costly. I've posted my

bowel cleanse recipe on that list (in archives) it is good to do first and

before a coloema/colonic. It takes a day and is not costly. Will give if you

can't find it there. Well, I know this is gallstone list and sometimes the bowel

cleansing crosses over...but I always refer friends to those two sites. Since

I'm feeling better from my last weeks cleansing cris in my back...I may attempt

my next gallbladder flush this coming week. Hope this helps, of
