I have been feeling like I should loose a bit of weight, since I picked quite a bit up during the last few weeks (stress,and bad eating habits) Usually when I need to loose weight the one thing that really helps me along is taking a diet supplement, but now that we are ttc., I am not sure if it is safe to take something like that.
