Trees, this it the stuff, right there! The stones and chaff can be sand color,

green, brown, blackish, some sort of whitish. Don't be disappointed that you

didn't get as much as you thought. Hang with the list and keep at it.

Undoubtedly you will get more on other flushes. Listen to the experiences of

folks on the list and decide for yourself what recipies you want to use and when

you want to flush. Some flush every two weeks. I did for about 4 flushes, then

took a break for a month or so. Experimenting is good, too.

of Dewberry Hill

Trees said: There was also 3 beebee size, clay-green(not what I would

call " pea-green " ) chunks that broke up

like clay, as did the white chaff.

" People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is

out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there

is alight within. " -Kubler Ross

" Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that

followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. "

Way to go, Trees!

You don't need to relate football size gallstones in order to be thrilled.

And hey, if you had gallstones spilling over the sides of the

toilet....well..... I'd hate to be your plumber! (eww!) <grin>

I thought you relayed your experience very clearly and I'm glad you're

willing to consider doing it again. I think that if a person has multiple

stones, (as most people evidently do, but some just are not symptomatic), it

takes at least a few flushes to get them all. Whatever is flushed out the

first time makes room for the other stuff to move around and hopefully flush

out on subsequent times.

If the Epsom Salts created that intense diarrhea for you, I think it would be

okay for you to reduce the amount you use next time. Each body is different

and reacts differently to the salts. I wonder, too, if a person's body size

makes a difference as well. So then a smaller person might react more

strongly to the same amount that a larger person takes? Just a theory -I

dont' know if that's actually the case.

Anyway, thanks for sharing your experience and I hope that this flush brings

you improved health and that you'll keep them up! :)

in health,

rachel~

,

Actually, I read on the web, I don't remember where, that you should

take as many grams of Epsoms salts as your body's weight in kilos: 70

g for 70 kg, and so on, for the same amount of water as prescribed by

H. . This will not be far from 4 tablespoons. I'm just relating

this neutrally, not knowing if there is anything to it.
