I get symptom improvement with everything I do. One of the big keys to

symptom improvement is to avoid toxins and have a somewhat good diet. In other

words, I found that people in my family, including me, do not get symptom

improvement when we are around carpeting or smells or if we eat colas, wheat or

dairy. With these accounted for, we get great symptom improvement on probably

everything we have tried so far. I guess everything helps. I had taken a

low dose of Black Walnut Hull as part of my de-worming on my family. Not that

we had worms, but rather just in case. I noticed everyone improved. I

don't feel the improvements lasted though. It was a gentle formula, obviously

too gentle. That stuff also kills viruses, so who knows what all we really

have. I just wanted to de-worm first, then move on to the other pathogens

because that is what some recommend, like Hulda . That way the pathogens

don't live in the worms and reinfect you.

If you are questioning if the herbs work, I say most definitely. I guess

there is often talk on which works better, herbs or antibiotics. I say the

herbs because I see too many people complain of severe side effects from

antibiotics and other meds. The complaints on herbs are much less, and

temporary

side effects compared to the permanent side effects one can get from

antibiotics or meds. My vote goes to the herbs at this point. I am not

saying the

antibiotics don't work, just that I prefer the herbs from my research. I would

still go to your doc and then look up everything he recommends you take and

then be a part of your treatment. He may be a good one. Some people may get

well on a few months of antibiotics. On the forums, the people there say

that they take antibiotics for years and then have side effects from them.

There are also complaints on chelation back-fire. Not too many complaints on

herbs other than a stress on their liver, which meds also do. So know that

herbs can be quite strong; they are not weaker than meds. People think they

are

natural and safe, but they need to be studied and treated like medicine

because they dramatically effect the body just like meds. What I have seen on

the forums is a big struggle. People often get better, but then relapse or

stop progressing in symptom reduction or have some other event that puts a halt

in their improvement. Its not like people say I was cured. They say they

are feeling better and living normal again, but still on something to keep

symptoms or the disease away.

As far as what works best with all the fancy treatments out there. I will

say I hear good on so much. At this point, I think people should choose a

treatment based on their budget, access and personality or understanding. I

really believe that so much works that's it ridiculous to say this works and

that doesn't.

Besides, it can be kind of fun trying all these different things. With the

more practice and research I do, the more confident I feel in being able to

treat all kinds of ailments my family might get throughout the years. Even

after we are all cured, I will be using and practicing this knowledge I

acquired. It gives me more confidence and less fear of illness in general.
