Guest guest
Gwen, I have just read your mails about the delayed period! Please, be patient! Your body really has to get back into its own track. It can take up to six weeks altogether, I was told! I, too, most of the times get diarrhea (another of our similarities :- )) before the period starts, so the signs are there for you, don´t panic! Instead of a saline ultrasound, which means liquid into your uterus, allow your uterus just a normal ultrasound to see what the lining looks like, o.k.? Another suggestion: sometimes intercourse started my period a day earlier, would your husband like this? :-) I thought that your IVF would only start IF the lining is alright. How do you know that this will be the case next months? Funnily enough I expected my period to be delayed and guess what, it came exactly on day 29. It is still not that heavy, but I am already satisfied about it being punctual after a month with no hormones. Hang in there and don´t forget: somehow you will have another child one day!!! My thoughts are with you! Corinna P.S.: It´s a little hard to write and sing a night song for Lea next door at the same time, so excuse any mistakes!
