Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for sharing and this sounds like it was rather successful even though you had a bit of a problem with your ES drink this morning. I am really enjoying hearing about people who have been doing flushes for some time so that I can be aware of what long term results to look for. I am not familiar with Super Phos 30, could you tell me what it is exactly? Peace Lu ----- Original Message ----- From: of Dewberry Hill gallstones Sent: Wednesday, March 13, 2002 7:11 PM Subject: 5th Flush Results Friends, I've been busy lately working on my colon health and not doing flushes until I figured out what to do about my sudden abhorrance of the Epsom Salt. Well, having gotten the bowel management well under way with great results so far...I decided to brave another GB flush and use a little less ES this time (I was using way too much anyway)...and I personally think it is rough on the bowels. Plus Agnes inspired me by saying I could take the ES in apple juice. I fasted yesterday on apple juice and last nights 2 ES drinks went down easier using apple juice. I like to use lots of oil and grapefruit juice. This mornings ES didn't mix well using the apple juice on top of all that oil and it came right back up with a bunch of oil. OH! Yuck! So I had to force myself to drink the ES just in water both times this morning. Feeling rather yucky anyway I did get it all down, miraculously. My collander results were not as dramatic as they have been in the past. Last time was also smaller amount. It is possible since I virtually doubled the recipe those 2 or 3 first times and I got several cups full out, that I am nearing the cleaner stage. Got some stones and bunch of sludge. So it was a success....I think I'll try the Super Phos 30 next time and forego the ES. Will order some and try it in a few weeks and let y'all know what that is like. I really don't want to stop flushing until I'm sure I don't need to anymore. And will continue to eat and drink pro liver health. Start the morning with a glass of warm water and half squeezed lemon. Often hit the jon before I even get the lemon squeezed. Am taking Primal Defense and Perfect Food. A dynamic duo! To our health....... of Dewberry Hill PS. Only one other person that I've heard of has used the Super Phos 30, anyone else? Results? Thanks for sharing your flush story - and congratulations on getting the bowel management under way with such good results! I do think it's possible that you've cleaned out so much of the stones that there just isn't much left in there. It's also possible that the body goes through some adjustments that we just dont' know about and maybe the next flush will bring more results. I hope, for your sake, that it's the former and that you really are on your way to that maintenance stage. That would be great. I wanted to thank you also, for telling about the reaction you had to the apple juice in the morning. I thought about that and had lemon water instead and had the apple juice later on. This flush yielded less dramatic results for me, also, and I am inclined to believe that I'm also on my way to the maintenance stage. I think I will see how the next one goes in two weeks and then maybe wait a month after that. in health, rachel~ The truth is incontrovertible. Guest guest
Well, that would be nice...but even if I have, by some miracle gotten out most of my stones...I know I have much healing to do to my liver. I really abused it seriously all those years. I'll get some of that Super Phos 30 and try that next time and do good herbs between flushes. of DH said: I do think it's possible that you've cleaned out so much of the stones that there just isn't much left in there. This is more than just gallbladder cleansing to get rid of stones, for me, but it's part of an overall effort for the sake of the liver (and the rest of the body as well, of course!). I think that my liver has been overworked and underpaid for a long time. I haven't given it what it needs to function properly and I've overloaded it with work just with the way I'd been eating for so many years. I'm an organ donor and I would love it if I lived to be 100 and when I'm gone they are able to give my liver to someone else. That's how healthy I would like to become. toward improving health, rachel~ The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it and ignorance may deride it, but in the end there it is. Guest guest
You folks on this list are such an inspiration to me! And you especially, . It's nice when others inspire us...isn't it!? Without others to talk to who are really going for it...there may be a temptation to slide back into bad habits. of DH cozad76078@... writes: > Well, that would be nice...but even if I have, by some miracle gotten out > most of my stones...I know I have much healing to do to my liver. Guest guest
I second that, ! You all are so encouraging and inspiring to me, too, especially when I read about the incredible gallbladder attacks that many of you have endured. (Mine are so short and mild in comparison!). Your courage is amazing and your enthusiasm is contagious. And I, for one, am really looking forward to groups completing this transition so that I will actually get posts in my own mailbox again!! rachel~ --- In gallstones@y..., of Dewberry Hill <cozad76078@y...> wrote: > > You folks on this list are such an inspiration to me!
