Guest guest Posted January 5, 2008 Report Share Posted January 5, 2008 You know a long time ago in about 1994 I saw on PBS where they were doing this, measuring a Tablespoon of cayenne pepper into 8 oz of boiling hot water, as if drinking this like tea would be something people should regularly do. they suggested that if you needed to do this for healing purposes you should do this 3 times daily. Worse, I actually tried it. At the time, I was using this method to reduce cysts. However since then, I have realized that cayenne pepper is great for so many purposes. I think it is just good if you can use about 3 Tablespoons sprinkling it out over various foods thru your eating process. Or opt for the cayenne in capsules. Like garlic, I just incorporate it into my food thru the day to keep myself feeling healthy. If you want some good ideans for snacks and recipes that include cayenne pepper, I am the one to ask.
