I didn't have the recipe on hand then, but I do now, so I thought I'd post it for anyone who might be interested. It's quite tasty. This is from a book called " Well Being " by Barbara Close ====================== DANDELION TONIC Makes 1 cup. 1 cup tomato or V-8 juice (low sodium) 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon lime juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce pinch of cayenne pepper 15-30 drops of dandelion root (taraxacum officinalis) tincture Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. ================ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
