How did they look at the gallbladder? (X-ray? Ultrasound?). It's definitely possible to have stones in the liver that could eventually move to the gallbladder and also to have sludge/sand that could eventually turn into gallstones. But how did they check you out? rachel~

And yes, I think it's possible for there to be a stone that isn't picked up on ultrasound. For some it takes a large stone to cause a problem, but for others it seems possible to have pain from a small stone. Each body is different. Have you tried the cleanse yet? (Forgive me if you did and already posted about it.) Even if there isn't a stone and the cleanse clears out some sludge/sand/chaff - this could possibly help alleviate your pain. When the bowels are constipated, there's a likelihood for toxins and whatnot to be reabsorbed into the system. Which product of Dr. Schulze are you using? Is it the Intestinal Formula? Guest guest
, A Hidoscan(nuclear test) will take a close look at the function of you're gallbladder. You need to know if the pains are coming frfrom the GB or is it intestinal. For instance with me, my gallbladder checked out ok. but I have a duodenal ulcer which is quite close to the gallbladder, and the pain symptoms are similar. Guest guest
It could be a duodenal ulcer, located adjacent to the gallbladder. Guest guest
Where you taking the product to cleanse the liver while having the pain? It is not uncommon to experience discomfort in the area you are trying to help when taking a supplement that focuses on that area...if you are taking supplements to cleanse the liver, it may be tender. Have you had blood work done? Does it show liver enzymes elevated? (by the way, not necessarily a good idea to have blood work while cleansing the liver, or any other organ, as it may affect the results). L. Guest guest
Yes, it works well for me. It's from " Planetary Formulas " and I got on the " http://www.kitchendoctor.com " site. I just know that it seems to keep the pressure 'at bay'. It also showly breaks up the stones over a 3 month period. I'll still be doing the liver flushes every 2 weeks also. >> __________________ Dave, thanks so much. I've bookmarked it, and I may try it soon. If it's helping you, then maybe it will help me. Guest guest
, Well yes, if you have read Dr. Schulze's material then you are aware of the potential for healing crisis going at your program hard and fast. This is a heavy program to undertake so if you are having these symptoms since you started this healing cleanse, then I would surmise to say that it is a healing crisis. If it has been going on before you started the cleanse then maybe it's just aggrivating the whole situation? One thing to beware of is that when you take on something as monumental as Dr. Schulze's protocol, you must be replacing some of your intestinal flora with probiotics because the diet is not including it and the cleansing definitely washes your intestinal bacteria out with all the other stuff. I did his healing program, well not the whole thing because I was not dealing with major illness, and I was fairly healthy going in, use to and familiar with cleansing procedures, and well I got quit sick myself so I backed off and took it at the pace my body allowed me and all was well. So if you believe you have something you want to go at hard and fast then by all means do but please be cautious and take a probiotic. ;-) Don't get too crazy without supervision on his program by all means!! Just some more thoughts Peace Lucinda ----- Original Message ----- From: Villemure gallstones Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2002 12:02 PM Subject: stones I'm taking the intestinal formula 1 (5 or 6 capsules daily) and 2 (one teaspoon daily) Also I'm drinking 6 cups of detoxification tea with 60 drops of tinctures for every 2 cups of the infusion. Guest guest
Drinking lots of pure water, too, I hope. This will also help move things along. Your doing a lot of cleansing things here, would expect some discomfort, but be concerned if you are not having 2 or 3 bowel movements a day. claudia ----- Original Message ----- From: Villemure gallstones Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2002 1:02 PM Subject: stones I'm taking the intestinal formula 1 (5 or 6 capsules daily) and 2 (one teaspoon daily) Also I'm drinking 6 cups of detoxification tea with 60 drops of tinctures for every 2 cups of the infusion. Guest guest
Hi, When you say " liver enzymes elevated " , do you mean bilirubin count. The only blood work that did show something elevated was my bilirubin count. Everything else was normal, or " unremarkable " as they like to say now. Guest guest
Again, Is it possible to have stones even if they didn't see anything with the ultrasound ? My pain is located on the upper right side. It seems that it is the liver without to be sure. How don't know if it can be the intestine or other organ because my pain is 24 hours with me. Is it possible that the gallbladder is inflamed and this is the reason why I'm constantly in pain ? It is like my digestion is completly stop. Guest guest
, I have a similar problem as you, although they found ulcers in my stomach and possible duodenum. They did two ultrasounds and one hidoscan on my gallbladder and found that my gb was completly normal-no inflamation. I do hope you find the cause of you're pain so you don't " wrongfully " think it's the gallbladder like I did for months. Good luck! Yes, it's possible, depending on the technician doing the ultrasound and the position of the gallbladder and other things. I think it's unusual, though, and that the stones do usually show up.
