I read this article and printed it out, looks like an interesting alternative

to try. However, have a question about the use of Coke...I watched

a documentary about the invention of Coca Cola a while back, and

it talked about how it was touted as good for health, etc. Reason

was that there was actually (I forget the " drug " in it, one of those

well known ones that relaxes & make you feel good...used to be in cough

meds, mind blank, sorry) in it, and went on to say that this is not in

coke anymore. I remember thinking that means that it would no longer

be good for nausea, etc., like it was way back when my Mom used

to give me " coca cola syrup " over ice as a child. So I am wondering

what in it is helpful for the GB flush??

I think what you mean is a lighter form of cocaine. The first coke

that was sold way back when had a small amount of cocaine in it. Of

course they put a stop to that soon after it came out. How could you

forget cocaine? haha

I was reading in one of the cleanses about using coke and it

described the ingredient that is helpful. I also can't remember what

it is called but I think it is the ingredient that makes it fizzy.

Maybe the carbon something-or-other. I'll tell you what it is if I

run across it again. I think you can get a better form of the

effective ingredient without using coke with all it's refined sugar.

1/4 can of coke is sugar. Who needs that? I think it is just a cheap

and easy excessable product to use. Something from your very own

kitchen sort of thing. I'll use the Olive oil and Grapefruit because

it tastes so wonderfully delicious. (?). :-)

Yes...cocaine...obvious with a name like Coca Cola (duh!). With all the talk

about Super Phos 30 (do I have that right) I wonder if you are referring to

phospherus? All soda's have that, the thing that is not good for us all the

time because it pulls minerals...makes them unavailable to the body...so

not good to have a lot of carbonated beveridges unless you do a good job

of supplementing your minerals at other times...hope I have my facts straight.

Yes, yummy grapefruit juice and olive oil, mouth waters just thinking of it :-b
