Norma, I use kitchen parchment paper, it comes on a roll just like wax paper

and it works really wonderful. The first time I use it I spray a little pam

on it, they can be reused time and time again. I just wipe it off after the

cheese comes off and its ready to use again. I tear a piect off about 6inches

and fold it in half, I now have 4 surfaces to use again and again. So one

roll goes a long way. HTH. SueB/.
