Hi,

I can't answer all of your questions, but....

Your chiropractic adjustments may hold better if you do exercises in

between to increase muscle tone. Ask your chiropractor which ex, are

useful in your case.

I would hazard to say that a parasite cleanse may be your first route.

This is in accordance with Hulada 's cleanse.

Suzanne

Hi--thanks for answering. I am confused. I didn't think my post was

posted yet, as I don't see it in the numerical spot it should be in.

Is there something I'm missing? Thanks again--will start parasite

cleanse soon.

Re chiropractic adjustments - exercise or no, my adjustments

hold better after I do my GB flushes...I also don't do a lot the

first day of the adjustment and have a chiropractor that does a LOT

of massage to loosen muscles before adjusting...loosens up

toxins in my GB and elsewhere as well.

However, I do agree exercise in important!

In fact, I haven't been doing enough of it, and need to get back

with it.

>>I have chronic problems with my back and neck and see a

chiropractor quite often--my adjustments just don't hold. <<

I had the same experience. I was having recurring one-sided headaches, and

I felt they were related to my neck/back. My doctor agreed, and made a

referral to a chiropractor, one who was covered under my HMO. He would do

some adjustments which would make me feel better, but like you, they didn't

seem to hold.

I have a very good friend who goes to a different chiropractor, and

recommended him. I had also heard other good things about him, for years,

even way back in the days when I was a bit skeptikal about chiropractor.

(Had two friedns who had horrible experiences.) I had to pay to see this

other guy out of my own pocketm but what A difference!!! He is like some

kind of miracle worker. He made some adjustmentsto mycollorbone, which the

other guy didn't even touch, and I was cured of my headaches, for good.

Last week I went in there hardly able to walk. I had taken a very minor

slip on the ice a few weeks before, and was fine, but then all of a sudden

one night I couldn't even roll over in bed because of the pain in my leg. I

limped into his office, and could have danced out. (My bone had slipped out

from my hip socket a bit.) I am always amazed.

SOOOOOO, the point (finally) of this is that maybe a different chiropractor

could help. Do you have any friends who highly recommend someone? There

are some who are good, and some who are downright amazing!!

Isn't it interesting, the link/correlation between back and neck pain and

gallbladder problems.

Also, adjustments, that don' hold!

I just wonder what the real cause of the problem is?

- What do you mean " you wonder what the real cause of the

problem is " - will give it a go, but not sure of your??. Do you

mean what causes what, back first then gall bladder problems or

visa vise?? Quick " layman's " answer is that if the nerves in the

spine are not able to function properly because the spine is out

of line, pinching on nerves, etc., they will not be able to send the

impulses needed to keep organs connected to them working

properly. By the same token, if the organs in the body are having

a problem, they can cause the back to go out (that deserves a better

explanation that I don't have). It's a great way the body has of

letting us know it needs help.

Hi

You didn't sign your name so I don't know what to call you. :)

I just wanted to say welcome to the group! I think you've probably already

gotten some answers to your questions, so I have a couple for you.

What is involved in the Fat Flush, how long have you been doing it and what

results have you seen/felt?

What materials do you have for the kidney cleanse and parasite cleanse?

What prompted you to start cleansing?

As for the order of doing things, different places say different things. In

my opinion, the first and foremost important thing to do is to ensure that

the bowels are working properly before starting any other type of cleanse.

By working properly, I'm referring to having 2-3 bowel movements each day.

If the body isn't eliminating properly, then the toxins from other cleanses

can't be removed quickly and can be reabsorbed into the system and create

illness (nausea, headaches, etc..). I think the second most important is

then to get the liver cleansed and working as efficiently as possible, since

the liver is the clearinghouse for the toxins and all that we're attempting

to eliminate. If you're experiencing kidney problems, then I guess that

would be the next priority. I've been drinking SO much water/juice/tea that

I figure my kidneys must be in good working order. :) I know this leaves

the parasite cleanse for last, which some sources say should be first, but

remember, this is just my personal opinion. I am currently in the second

phase of a parasite cleanse and I waited until I felt confident that my

bowels and liver were working well before I started.

That's just my .02 on it. Please keep us posted on how these things are

going for you, okay? Thanks,

in health,

rachel~

Believe it or not--I have 3 chiropractors! Need back-ups for when

someone is out of town, etc.I use one mainly for acupuncture and he

can't believe it isn't helping my adjustments hold. (although it's

doing wonders for lots of other things). Between them they've tried

the allergy route, inserts in my shoes, lots of massage therapy and a

few other things I can't remember. This has been going on for seven

years! I'm sure hoping a series of flushes will bring improvement.

Does anyone know where to purchase the percussive vibrator? Thanks
