Just before bed, drink 4-6 oz. of extra-virgin olive oil. (I have found the Omega Nutrition Organic Olive Oil available on this site to be the most palatable for this procedure.) Follow this with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and 5 oz. of Classic Coke. I'd love to hear any testimonies from anyone who has tried both cleanses (with and without the CC) to hear if it makes a difference.
