Do you think your child has it? I have no idea. I just found out last week that my cousin (my father's sister's child, age 6) has one blue and one brown eye. Apparently my grandmother's aunt had a white forelock. My children, my father and I all have partial epicanthal folds. And my daughter is hoh. This has certainly gotten me wondering...... I don't know if this is enough reason to pursue genetic testing or not. Barbara Handley " I felt part of everything, part of animal and bird, tree and stone. We all have the same eyes on my Dad's side of the family. Jake is profoundly deaf. All my Dad's siblings and both parents have hearing loss. But they were not noticed until they were older...my Dad was 18. Still not aided (pride). My Grandmother is convinced it is all her fault that Jake is deaf....poor thing won't believe she isn't. When Jake has his last CI mapping he heard speech at 5dB.......I didn't hear it! Elaine
