Guest guest
Hi, Welcome to the group. My husband and daughter both did the liver cleanse (twice each), even though neither one has any symptoms of GB problems. They had seen what I've been through and wanted to prevent it, and sailed through the liver cleanse with great success. It sounded like that's what your situation is..but not sure if I'm understanding your post. Check the fat content on the bread you had...some breads have quite a bit of fat and could affect the results you get from the cleanse. Keep us posted on how you do. Well, I have read through most of the posts and I'm planning to start tonight. I'm a little apprehensive, I'd hate to think I'm going along with no problems and the next thing I'd be in emergency having my gall bladder removed. I'm not sure if it happened that way for anybody, I mean if they were fine before the flush and ended up in the hospital-just a fear. I started to think and remember, too, that I have had times in the past, but not for a long time, where under my right ribcage hurt and felt constricted but i never thought much about it. I'm not going to do the parasite cleanse, its too costly right now, and it appears many of you didnt necessarily start with it. I dont think I'm ready to deal with the thought i may have parasites yet, either. Later, maybe i'll find a way that's easier than sending away for stuff, i did find a combo tincture of BWH(green), wormwood, adn cloves in the NOW products, but i dont know if that's strong enough, and it's not really clear how much/how often to take it. So, I ate one meal yesterday, hummus and raw veggies and I had fresh juices. Today, all I have had is toast. I wonder if its better not to eat at all. I'm skipping the fats, like you're supposed to. I guess I will try to drink lots of water in hopes of avoiding the dehydrated feeling. I don't remember what is recommended to eat after it all. I'm also skipping my supplements, i guess you're supposed to? So, tonight's the big night...praying I don't end up in emergency! I am also hoping I don't comes out of it completely drained, I'd hate to spend the weekend in bed, but if it clears up things I guess its worth it. So thanks All, Trees ---------------------------------
Guest guest
Hello Trees and welcome to the group! I'm answering your post probably after you've already completed the flush or are in the middle of it! I wanted to tell you that I think one of the most important 'tools' we can utilize in the process of a flush is a positive mind. The body responds to the tension in the mind and the last thing you want is anything being tense on the inside. If it puts your mind at ease at all, I've never read of anyone ending up in the ER after a flush. I've never heard of anyone going to the doctor after a flush. I have heard of maybe 2 or 3 people who experienced pain during/after a flush, but that's compared to possibly hundreds of stories of people who went through it painlessly and with very little discomfort. So the odds are in your favor that you will be in the majority. As for the parasite cleanse - I did about 8 gallbladder flushes before I decided to do a parasite cleanse. I was always rather skeptical about the need for that sort of thing, to be honest! I know that it's written in many places that it's good to do the parasite cleanse first, but it seems like those who do that are actually in the minority. Some of the parasite cleanses are costly, that's for sure. I did find the one I did to be a little less pricey and so if/when I repeat this (some suggest doing it 4 times a year) I will go with the same formula. How did it go? in health, rachel~ treesflicker@... writes: > New here:)... want to thank everyone for all of the details of > their experiences, it's been a big help in undertanding. Guest guest
Trees, hope all goes well for you. Don't worry. Even if you do feel weak it only lasts for the one day and then when you start eating again you'll feel lots better. I usually break my fast with a homemade veggie soup that I prepare the night before and then cook while passing stones the next day. Let us know how it goes. of Dewberry Hill tonight's the big night...praying I don't end up in emergency! I am also hoping I don't comes out of it completely drained, I'd hate to spend the weekend in bed, but if it clears up things I guess its worth it.
