Hi,

New here:)... want to thank everyone for all of the details of

their experiences, it's been a big help in undertanding. Well, I

have read through most of the posts and I'm planning to start

tonight. I'm a little apprehensive, I'd hate to think I'm going

along with no problems and the next thing I'd be in emergency having

my gall bladder removed. I'm not sure if it happened that way for

anybody, I mean if they were fine before the flush and ended up in

the hospital-just a fear. I started to think and remember, too, that

I have had times in the past, but not for a long time, where under my

right ribcage hurt and felt constricted but i never thought much

about it.

I'm not going to do the parasite cleanse, its too costly right

now, and it appears many of you didnt necessarily start with it. I

dont think I'm ready to deal with the thought i may have parasites

yet, either. Later, maybe i'll find a way that's easier than sending

away for stuff, i did find a combo tincture of BWH(green), wormwood,

adn cloves in the NOW products, but i dont know if that's strong

enough, and it's not really clear how much/how often to take it.

So, I ate one meal yesterday, hummus and raw veggies and I had

fresh juices. Today, all I have had is toast. I wonder if its

better not to eat at all. I'm skipping the fats, like you're

supposed to. I guess I will try to drink lots of water in hopes of

avoiding the dehydrated feeling. I don't remember what is

recommended to eat after it all. I'm also skipping my supplements, i

guess you're supposed to? So, tonight's the big night...praying I

don't end up in emergency! I am also hoping I don't comes out of it

completely drained, I'd hate to spend the weekend in bed, but if it

clears up things I guess its worth it. So thanks All, Trees
