Guest guest
Any of you adults have a problem w/ low blood pressure & fatigue? By low, I mean 80s-90s over 50s-60s. If so, what do you do to help? I need some energy! " Nobody realizes that some people expend tremendous energy merely to be normal. Guest guest
, I have the problem. I just did a search on it because I haven't given it too much thought. It can be worse if you are dehydrated. Another thing could be that you need more sodium. I eat lots of salt and have never had a problem with the salt. I also found that someone did a study and found a correlation with low blood pressure, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue. I have all three. Read the description of 's Disease in any endocrinology textbook - especially the part they usually have chiding the doc's for blowing most cases off as due to psychiatric causes when in fact the people need more cortisol. >If so, what do you do to help? BTW, the glucocorticoids are quite powerful and need to be used thoughtfully. It is common in the " alternative medicine " community to Rx hydrocortisone 5-10 mg in the morning, 5 at lunch and maybe 5 more in the afternoon. > > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have bee

Guest guest
> I'm another who has 90/60 BP and a history of low energy. Mercury removal helped w/ the energy level though it still rollercoasters some. BP remains low. My mother's was so low they implanted a pace maker last yr because she kept passing out (she has Alzheimer's and extremely high ...off the charts nickel according to hair analysis). She has no interest is doing anything outside traditional medicine. You might want to find someone who doesn't have religious objections to diagnosing and treating hypoadrenalism (e. g. a naturopath, as I recall you live in Washington where they are licensed).
