Guest guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 This is my 4th year on the BBDiet and I am doing pretty well , no major flair-ups , just the on going fatigue when I over do it , or don't get enough sleep . I am a working musician and I had one of those all day Gigs that started at 2:00pm and went to 2:00 am . I am usually recovering for the next three days after one of those , but I woke up the next day with a lot more energy and feeling pretty good which was quite amasing . I had changed my eating habits for that day . I had chicken and fruit for breakfast... a little more chicken and salad at 3:00pm ....and some vegeis and a fruit and nut bar for dinner about 7:00pm . what I didn't have were a lot of carbs (rice and corn snaks) to keep my energy up . I want to cut out or cut way down my grain intake . has anyone done this susessfully with out having to go the cold turkey route again.
